Atelier Santa Fe

We have expanded our island view to include a gallery hacienda in the desert. Atelier Santa Fe, located at 650 Canyon Road

East Meets West, and expanding views

The original Canyon Road home, listed on the Santa Fe historic register, pays homage to the area's agricultural past and the Moya Family, who built the original Adobe home and farm in 1876.

In collaboration with DMC/D. Maahs Construction and designer Cathy Youngberg-Gammon, Atelier Santa Fe is designed to preserve the property's historical significance.

It boasts a sculpture park nestled amidst pathways that lead to a peach orchard and a 250-year-old home adorned with hand-made furniture, primitive objects, textiles, books, paintings, and sculptures.

Santa Fe is an
extension of
Atelier Newport

Santa Fe and Newport host numerous international events that rival most international destinations. Atelier Santa Fe, with its domestic setting and gardens, will serve as a venue for private events, artist talks, and intimate dinners, fostering a sense of camaraderie, dialogue, and a deeper understanding of the creative process among artisans and creative thinkers.

The environment offers a glimpse into a creative life that explores various art forms, archeology, anthropology, and sciences. Choosing a lifestyle like this entails taking risks while embracing self-discovery. It means continuously reevaluating one's process, often surrendering to something greater to forge a unique, unconventional path that demands courage and self-belief. No work of art is created without the artist infusing it with their unique spirit.

We look forward to sharing our artists in this vibrant property and the beautiful Santa Fe sky while upholding cherished traditions. We are excited to exchange stories and revel in more beauty together.

“To create architecture is to express characteristic aspects of the real world such as nature, history, tradition and society, in a spatial structure, on the basis of a clear, transparent logic.”
